Tails and Trails 10k/5k/1 Mile Pet Walk
Tails and Trails is a festival and 10K/5K/1-Mile Pet Walk in Denton, Texas. This year, the event will be held on October 19, 2013 at the North Texas Fairgrounds in Denton, Texas. Tails and Trails is the major annual fundraiser for Denton Animal Shelter Foundation, Inc. (DASF). Funds raised support the Denton municipal animal shelter which handles over 5,000 abandoned and abused pets each year. It is the only annual event that dedicates all proceeds to the shelter. Pets on a leash are welcome. Activities include bounce house, pet parade, vendors, and much more.
